CARE & MAINTENANCE
Follow these guidelines to ensure safe use and optimal performance.
Trim the wick to 1/8–1/4 inch before each use. Proper wick length helps control the flame and promotes an even burn.
During the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface to prevent tunneling.
Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from drafts and flammable materials.
Never leave a candle burning unattended.
These candles are made with a coconut/soy wax blend and are intended to be used only as directed.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds will only be considered if an item arrives damaged and are issued at the company’s discretion.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your request.
